This new capability allows UC Exchange Members using WebEx Messenger to encrypt their real-time collaboration with their customers and business partners on non-Cisco Unified Communications platforms.
UC Exchange TLS support for WebEx Messenger works in conjunction with Cisco’s recent addition of TLS support to WebEx Messenger, thus enabling secure federated communications with Microsoft, IBM, Unify, BroadSoft, and virtually any other UC platform. Effective immediately, it is available exclusively through UC Exchange to any UC Exchange members using Cisco WebEx Messenger.
